The two-day Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course tailored for clinicians working with clients experiencing recurrent depression focuses on integrating mindfulness practices into cognitive therapy techniques.

  • The two-day Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of mindfulness principles integrated with cognitive techniques in order to work with people with recurrent depression. The course emphasises present moment awareness, acceptance and self-compassion. Through experiential exercises and practical applications, attendees gain valuable skills to cultivate mindfulness and acceptance in their clients.

  • This course is suitable for mental health professionals (with or without a core training), including counsellors, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists and individuals interested in gaining insights into SFT.

    Note: This course provides foundational knowledge and skills for working with individuals but does not qualify participants to practice as SFT therapists. Consultation with a qualified mental health professional is essential for any clinical practice involving treatment.
